Don’t have insurance?

(0r want to pay privately instead?)

We have an easy and convenient way to pay online using your credit card using a secure and safe method, called Stripe. We can even provide you a paid invoiced or receipt as well if you wish.

Have insurance?

Call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask them these questions:

  • 1.  Do I have outpatient mental health benefits?

  • 2.  Is Kent Robinson, MA LPC, rendering provider at Central Michigan Christian Counseling, LLC considered in-network for my specific plan?

  • 3.  Do I have a deductible to meet before coverage kicks in?

  • 4.  What is my co-pay or co-insurance amount per session?

What if we are not in-network?

If we are not in-network with your insurance provider, you still have options to help offset the cost of therapy. We can provide you with a superbill, which is a special receipt that includes all the information your insurance company needs to process an out-of-network claim. Many clients are able to receive partial reimbursement after submitting a superbill to their insurance.

How It Works

  1. Receive a superbill from us after each session after you pay in-full with your credit card.

  2. Submit the superbill to your insurance company (many plans allow online submission).

  3. They process your claim according to your out-of-network benefits.

  4. If eligible, your insurance provider reimburses you directly.

Questions to Ask Your Insurance:

  • Do I have out-of-network coverage for mental health services?

  • What percentage of the session cost will be reimbursed?

  • Is there a deductible I need to meet first?

  • How do I submit a superbill for reimbursement?

Using your out-of-network benefits can be a flexible way to work with the therapist you choose while receiving some financial support from your insurance company.

Please note: Reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your individual insurance plan, deductible, and benefits. Clients are responsible for payment at the time of service.
